Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is completed, there is an option to cancel it before it is shipped.
In this case, please contact us as soon as possible via the live chat on our website or by email to service@limaku.de so that we can check whether your request can be processed.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
In this case, however, you can return or exchange the item within the return period.

What should I do if I have a question?

Our customer service is always there for you! Contact us via the contact form, by email to service@limaku.de or via live chat. We will endeavor to respond to you as quickly as possible. Inquiries received on Fridays may not be processed until Monday.

Would you like to order a larger quantity?

My item was not received

If your package has been lost or has been stuck in transit for a long time, please contact us:

We will check the status of your shipment and contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.

I can't find my bill. What should I do?

Invoices are sent to the specified email address within one hour after the shipment has been sent. If you cannot find the invoice (even in the spam folder), please send an email to info@limaku.de or use our contact form and we will resend the invoice to you.

Shipment

When will my package be shipped?

Orders received by 2:00 p.m. will be handed over to DHL on the same day. Thanks to our efficient process, your order will usually be delivered the next day or within two working days.

Once a tracking number has been generated, it means that your parcel has been packed and shipped. However, please note that parcels are not always processed immediately in the DHL parcel center. In some cases, processing may not take place until the following day - this is DHL's responsibility.

How long does shipping take?

The standard delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days. Shipping to the EU can take 3-8 working days depending on the destination.

How do I report a complaint?

How long does a refund take?
